I agree I am reponsible for their actions. I'm not going to get into why the problems are a little more complicated than an outsider would possibly understand. I work longer and harder than anyone in this business that I can guarnatee. I am also reasonable intelligent contray to popular belief. We are larger and much more diverse than our competition, there are inherent problem with a specialized business like this and 15 employees. Customer service was a cke walk for me when I was the size of our competition. Just look back at the posts about ZX Connection back in 00-01. It's almost silly how easy that was compared to what I do now. My goals and intentions are to be the best and I won't stop till Z1 gets there period. I simply don't give up and it will happen. My mistakes are all centered around growing too much too fast. I realize these things and I work feverishly 6 days a week 14-18 hours a day (no vacations) to get it perfected. We had an issue with being completely overwhelmed with phone calls and e-mails last month to the point of not getting anything else accomplished. What peopl can't understand is that it isn't an issue of hiring more people. There aren't Z experts (which you must be to work here) beating down our doors looking for jobs #1. And #2 we don't want to keep getting larger for a while until we get the structure in place and working smoothly to do so. So we simply focus on fulfilling all existing orders accuratley and on time. Leaving many of the flood of phone calls to Voice mail and get to the hundreds of e-mails we get to a day when we can, which is oftn in the middle of the night. We can still only do so much with X amount of people. So let the posts about Z1 not answering e-mails in a "timely" manner begin.
